To provide financial, clerical, and administrative services to ensure efficient, timely and accurate payment of accounts under his or her control.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining records regarding payments and account statusesContact clients as needed to ensure payment of outstanding invoicesReconcile any irregularities in receiptsWork collaboratively with all Finance Department to ensure accuracy in financeGenerate reports and statements for internal use and to Report to the GroupCreate and send all the statementsReview all rebates contracts and control each month the correct calculationMargin analysisJob RequirementsDegree in Accounting or similar OR experience in Administrative for 2 yearsGood knowledge of English (and French is a plus)Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel in particularMust exhibit high energy, flexibility, and results orientationExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with all levels within the organizationAnalytical mindset and strong orientation to detail (Good with numbers and figures)Collaborative style, team player.Additional InformationContract type: permanentStarting date: asap
