Crudos y DerivadosLocation: Madrid, SpainExperience level: 5 yearsJob type: hybridRequirements: inglés C1 + Grado UniversitarioMain tasks:Coordinating and controlling the logistic operations involved in loading, discharging, blending Crude, while being in close communication with key contact personnel supplier/customer, inspection companies, shipping agents, ship-owners, logistics and planning departments.Managing and optimising the physical operations of the North Sea trading portfolio, including equity, third party and traded cargoes.Working with traders on receiving/preparing/sending instructions relating to Crude, sampling, testing, and storage and tank management. Contribute to find the best blends to add value.Managing voyage orders; pro-forma invoices; documentary instructions; vessel nominations; Letters of Credit; Provisional and Final cargo insurance; Narrowing/Nomination of dates/quantities; Vessel clearance, and ensuring, among other things, compliance with import and export requirements, and taxes.Ensuring that all documents of operations are tracked and easily obtained by maintaining information in the systems, files and archives with the relevant documentation.Preparing and agreeing on Cargoes Invoice Price Calculations and timely invoicing of cargoes.Supporting our demurrage and costs management team for ancillary costs such as demurrage, freight differentials; deviation costs; dead-freight and assist with their resolutions.Participating in the evaluation of inspection companies and agencies.Comply with company procedures to ensure all the information is registered in time.Balance tank inventories. Monitor gains and losses. Track terminal cost. Ensure contract terms are followed by the terminal and by Repsol.Interacting with our internal and external costumers, with a commercial approachBuilding and maintaining good working relationships and daily communication with the operations team of relevant counterparties.Analysis of operations, market and procedures around the business to identify areas of improvement and implementing themWhat we offer:Permanent contractBonus according to objectivesMedical insuranceContribution to pension planDigital disconnectionConciliation measuresLegal adviceEmployee support servicesYou will fit the position if:We are looking for a goal and detail oriented professional with at least 4 years of knowledge and experience in Crude Oil / Products operations, including cargo sourcing and blending, contracts, storage, marine vessel operations (vessels and barges), scheduling, and market analysis and research to join our dynamic team located in Madrid, Spain.A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in economic, business, chemistry, but will consider equivalent experience in lieu of education.A minimum of 4 years of experience in a relevant field.Advance knowledge and understanding of International Oil Business and Maritime operations.Knowledge and proven experience of Crude and Products operationsEfficient handling of office tools and IT systemsExemplary negotiation skills.Ability to work at fast-pace in a dynamic trading environment with time-sensitive, business critical activities requiring 24/7 responsiveness, strong planning and organizational skills and attention to details.Spanish language capability will be highly valued#LI-CG1Required skills:
