
Account Executive / Sales (BE/NL Markets)

- Develop a portfolio of B2B clients in your market, focusing on digital, marketing, creative, and IT service providers.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a high conversion rate and strong client retention.
- Identify and engage potential clients through a mix of outreach strategies, including calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking events.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that deliver value and long-term success.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Report directly to your Sales Manager and contribute to strategic discussions on market growth.
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets.
- 0-4 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B or digital environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- A natural problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience in the digital marketing, agency, or tech sectors is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
- Based in Belgium and open to a hybrid work model (3 days/week in the office).
