- Driving profitable sales through effective management and leadership of the account base.
- Creating, review and present personalized account plans on a seasonal base following the distribution channel segmentation strategy. The plans should be developed using most current trends, in the marketplace, Sales reports and Sell Out data, evaluations of business and direction of company.
- Driving differentiation, innovation, segmentation and assortments – head to toe. Sell segmented and phased assortments across channels, tiers, months & brand territories to enable differentiation by Key Accounts using plans, prelines and SMUs.
- Planning, implementing and supervising quarter business reviews meetings with customers; term planning, product assortment planning and line presentations.
- Drive the monthly and seasonal Gross To Net process across the account base.
- Analyzing sales, sell-out, performance by item, division, use this knowledge and trend direction to provide recommendations to maximise opportunities and limit liabilities
- Establish and understanding of consumers and buying trends. Formulate guidelines for consumer centric opportunities, taking into consideration the different kind of consumers per each POS.
- Managing of Showroom and Samples.
- Drive and facilitate the consumer Brand experience within the Iberia Marketing Manager through compelling online & instore Brand presentation.
- Working closely with the product department to develop the right assortment of product and to ensure business decisions are based on accurate sales information.
- Education: Bachelors degree, Master would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales, with a minimum of 1-3 years Key Account Management
- Strong knowledge of the Action Sport, Sporting goods or Fashion industry is an advantage
- Deep knowledge of the Sporting goods buying groups in the Spanish market.
- Shown strong influencing skill to work across a complex matrix organization
- Ability to work at a strategic level within key accounts but at the same time able to manage and pay attention to the detail
