Job DescriptionWe are very excited to announce an exciting new role for our client in Spain. If you are a fluent German speaking who is driven by targets then we are looking for you! This position will be for our client – a global outsourcing partner - and is based in their offices in the beautiful sea-side city of Barcelona. If you like the sun, sea, culture and good food then this coastal city has lots to offer you!As a Business Development Specialist you will represent a global business communications platform where you will be tasked to generate leads through outbound calls and scheduling appointments with the future client and a sales representative. This is a high volume call role where you will work towards both individual and tam targets.The successful Business Development Specialist has:Fluency in German and a good command of English * Previous sales experienceTarget driven and being comfortable in working in a target driven environmentSelf-motivated who is confident, competitive and proactive * Customer driven and focused on providing excellent customer experienceThe interview process for this role is done remotely via video calls so no need to come to Barcelona until you are successful! Furthermore, there is a fantastic relocation package available for the successful candidate.
