-Respond to inbound inquiries from existing customers with speed and professionalism.
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer, including goals, organization structure, decision-making processes, and pain points.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs and product usage.
- Qualify leads, delivery of qualified opportunities and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the company, including Marketing, Business Development, Sales and Customer Success.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM and contribute to pipeline growth for existing customers.Skills:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B pre-sales, sales, customer success or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment (outbound or inbound).
- Comfortable working with CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of sales development processes and customer lifecycle.
- Fluency in Spanish and a professional level of English are essential, while knowledge of any regional Spanish language is a plus.
- Proven ability to translate complex technology into compelling value-based stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.
