- Partner with Field Applications Engineers to present and sell RTI's software and engineering services to automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and ecosystem partners.
- Proactively identify and pursue new automotive business opportunities.
- Consult with customer engineering teams to understand technical challenges in areas such as autonomous driving, electrification, and connected vehicles.
- Collaborate with RTI engineering to design and deliver tailored solutions.
- Build and nurture trust-based relationships with decision-makers and influencers across R&D, engineering, and program management.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through persistent business development and account management.

- Professional experience, ideally selling complex, high-value technology solutions to R&D and engineering teams in the automotive sector.
- Strong background in automotive software, embedded systems, middleware, or communication infrastructure preferred.
- Proven hunter with a history of opening new doors and expanding accounts.
- Demonstrated success building trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based selling environment.
- Experience driving full-cycle sales: lead generation, qualification, account targeting, and closing.
- Consistent record of achieving or surpassing quota.
- BS or higher in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with system integrators, service sales is a plus.
- Willingness to travel ~30% within the United States
