The Senior Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for working in close contact with our account management and new business teams to identify opportunities and implement activities to drive our sales and a profitable retail network for UK.They will be internally focused, responsible for the development and deployment of initiatives with enable us to grow our revenues across all clients and all product streams, they will spend time in the market to understand opportunities. Key focus will be on pricing, managing and coordinating agent incentives, competitor intelligence and developing actions to respond to that intelligence, producing network analysis including for new business and supporting the Sales Teams in Client meetings.
The job holder must have excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of the opportunities in the market coupled with strong excel skills and be make clear recommendations based on data, help implement and track and course correct dependent on the outcome.Main Responsibilities
  • Understanding the market place (UK), growth areas and competitive landscape so that they can make suggestions on pricing initiatives which will drive long term customer value and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate Agent performance and commission tracking – making recommendations to ASEs on Agent performance, gaps and remediation plans to address those gaps.
  • Validation of each new location based on analysis of market data and opportunity
  • Track Sales performance and make recommendations to drive up profitable sales.
  • Competitor insight and action planning. Understanding market developments and future impacts and suggesting ways to make sure the business is well positioned.
  • Take action on pricing proposals and incentives to generate profitable growth
  • Assisting in new key new business meetings and regional meetings with data, insight and proof points.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in a similar type of sales analytics and pricing role
  • Excellent analytical skills and a deep understanding of the opportunities in the market coupled
  • Degree preferred
  • English fluency - French is a plus
  • Willing to travel 25% of the time
  • SQL, Power BI is a plus
