- Develop and implement communications and engagement plan for the Hub, aligned to global communications & engagement strategy for Business Operations and business priorities
- Own and maintain a full suite of dedicated Hub communications tools and channels (internal social media, mailbox, SharePoint, webcasts, events, etc.) to ensure effective & timely delivery of communications across the Hub
- Own and lead the Barcelona hub internal event roadmap like Town Halls, All Hands, engagement activities, stakeholder visits, in line with the guidance of the visit protocol
- Seek opportunities to collaborate with Country/MCO Corporate Affairs team to ensure appropriate inclusion and positioning of Hubs stories into the overall Sanofi internal plan and editorial calendar (contribute to regular news flow of articles, regular participation in editorial discussions and decision-making)
- Support to Leaders of the Hub regarding communications and employee engagement opportunities
- Co-create communications plans for strategic change programs in close collaboration with the Hub LT
- Craft and execute an external communication plan that enhances the company’s public image and reputation within the shared service sector
- Partner with Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition team to bring the Employer Brand strategy to live for the hub, in alignment with the Global Sanofi Employer Branding and EVP strategy (career page, Talent value proposition, EB-TA plan / hubs)
- Collaborate with the Hub Communications and Engagement Partners and with the Country Corporate Affairs teams to identify opportunities and define messages to represent the Hub internally and externally
- Develop initiatives and projects to boost local hub engagement, aligned with global Diversity & Inclusion and social impact goals
- Lead and execute a sustainability plan for the hub, including the We Volunteer platform and Employee Resource Group (ERG) activities. Build and inspire communities across the hub by actively engaging colleagues. Manage associated budget, programs & deliverables
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of communication and engagement initiatives
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to Head of Hub Communications and Engagement and to Hub Head
- Proven 5-10 years of work experience in communications in a global organization, ideally in GBS environment or multinational company. Change management experience is a strong plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to counsel and interface successfully with senior executives and peers, in complex, matrixed organizations
- Ability to take complex information and strategic projects and create clear communications recommendations and plans and to drive their implementation
- Ability to work in transversal, network mode
- Proven ability to act wisely under pressure, and in ambiguous settings
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to work quickly, prioritizing multiple initiatives, while being flexible to changing needs and priorities
- Results-oriented and willing to challenge the status quo
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Ability to manage budget and timelines
- Digitally savvy - Very good working knowledge of digital communication channels and tools
- Master’s degree in economics, communications, or international relations
- Advanced degree in relevant field welcome
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Other language is a plus
