- Manage the commercial area, including time management and agenda supervision.
- Explore and define areas of commercial interest following market trend analysis.
- Collaborate in training the sales team and convey company guidelines.
- Identify features and interact with customers to offer quality service.
- Maintain communication between the sales section and other company departments.
- Achieve individual sales targets.
- Receive, guide, and advise store customers by offering products that can meet their needs.
- Handle orders, repairs, post-sales, payments, and returns.
- Ensure excellence in individual and store-level customer service.
- Execute store policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with daily store operations: schedule, setup and takedown, stock, product cleaning, etc.
- Organize and clean the store and warehouse.
- Receive merchandise and verify delivery notes.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
- Proximity to the workplace.
- User-level office software skills.
- High school diploma or higher education.
- Training in sales and/or commercial team management.
- Knowledge of the company's market.
