- Manage all HR systems – SuccessFactors (modules – Employee Central, Performance management, compensation, Recruiting, Workforce Analytics and reporting), SAP HCM.
- Collaborate closely with HR Stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure smooth operation (Dover corporate HRIS, Markem-Imaje HR community and IT).
- Support all HR team worldwide in managing the data in systems (Trainings, Enhancements).
- Subject Matter Expert on all processes linked to systems including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance and Goals, LMS, Compensation, Workforce Analytics and Reporting.
- Participate to some key transversal projects depending on the experience of the incumbent (engagement survey, sales commission tool, acquisitions, integrations).
- Design and maintain HR Analytics (Metrics and Dashboards).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving system issues in timely manner.
- Participate in System enhancement and integrations with other HR Systems or third-party applications.
- Collaborate with IT to solve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies in all HR activities.
- 5 plus years’ experience in HR Information System management.
- Knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors or equivalent (Workday).
- System integration experience is a plus.
- Ideally knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience working with ticketing systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
