Role & Responsibilities- Review audit controls in Aura, identify potential issues and perform follow ups, if needed.
- Be able to maintain conversations in fluent English
- Lead and coach the associates in the team
- Monitor the status and progress of the work perform by the team and detect if there are deviations to the plan
- Participate in company activities like being a trainer, recruiting
- Conduct walkthrough and status meetings with the client to get an understanding of the process.
- "Financial reporting and information technology risks, processes and controls;
- Leading the execution of a work program and practice aid, as well as perform assessments, using PwC's proprietary or other relevant tools to evaluate controls, security, SOD, and potential for optimization;
- Exhibiting project management skills, including developing project plans, budgets, and deliverables schedules;
- Creating a positive environment, monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations, and respecting the work-life quality of team members. This includes providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress; and,
-Interacting with clients on solutions and executing projects on client engagements, forming client relationships and demonstrating an understanding of the client's business.Preferred skills
  • Graduated or in the final semester of University pursuing a Public accountant (95% completed).
