Neuraxpharm is backed by funds advised by Permira.Neuraxpharm manufactures many of its pharmaceutical products at Neuraxpharm Pharmaceuticals (formerly Laboratorios Lesvi) in Spain.Neuraxpharm is searching a vacancy based in Barcelona, Sant Joan Despi:Job description:SAP4 Hana FI CO Data Governance SpecialistReporting to the Head of Corporate Controlling, the new position will be responsible for coordinating and leading the SAP4 Hana FI CO data governance at a corporate level for all the entities within the Group.BEING YOUR MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Ensure that all data within the company is correctly mapped and integrated as master data in the systems.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and best practices for master data governance and quality.
  • Analyze systems and data flows from a master data management perspective in accordance with business needs in different countries.
  • Identify areas for improvement in terms of information structure and flows, automation, traceability of information, and support for the company in best practices and implementation.
  • Act as a controller to ensure global consistency, data quality, and ease of data use.
  • Evaluate data integrity techniques and systems to improve data accuracy
  • This role will be involved in the month-end closing for both finance and controlling areas
Requirements:
  • University degree (Economics, Business, IT)
  • Key user in SAP4 Hana FI, CO-PA is a must with at least 5 years professional work experience in similar role
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Project planning skills, independent, cooperative, results oriented, initiative and critical thinking, consistent and ability for teamwork.
  • Fluent English. Knowledge of other European languages (Spanish, German, French…) will be valuable.
  • International experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and engage wider stakeholders across organization both internally and externally.
  • Being results-oriented with a proven track record of implementation and project management success.
