- Partner with the Commercial Sales Director and Sales Management Teams across Europe, Middle East and Latin America enabling strong commercial decision making enabled by in-depth financial analysis
- Ensure robust financial reporting, quality analysis with insights to measure performance. Guide business decisions to enable value creation in line with strategic direction.
- Provide strategic financial advice on tender risks, opportunities, cashflow management, terms and conditions and tax implications.
- Contribute to Strategic (Financial) Planning Process to shape medium-term business strategy to achieve 2030 ambition.
- Proactively identify opportunities for financial performance improvement. Start, lead, measure and execute improvement projects with cross-departmental teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with the company’s financial policies, procedures and governance frameworks.
- Able to prioritize effectively and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills: Analyzing complex business problems, identifying key opportunities for improvement and aligning those with the company’s strategic direction.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; MBA or master’s degree preferred
- Professional finance or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, ACCA) is advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and/or in a top tier consulting firm
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI is advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership of Finance Business Partnering and influencing across complex matrix organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage change
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels across different cultures and geographies
