- Execute on the strategy, cascading actions throughout your team, from managers through team leads and executives, making sure all the initiatives are broadly understood and effectively adopted
- Drive results, from activity metrics to sales objectives, to relentlessly pursue your OKRs for the quarter and the year
- Recruit, coach and manage a team of high performing managers, but be ready to roll up your sleeves and sit next to SDR and CSS to learn the ropes and contribute to their learning curve
- Track and report on results, with the help of RevOps and Data teams, extracting key insights that can inform your strategy and day-to-day decisions
- Incubate new business verticals and launch new exciting products to give an extra boost to our growth and create a solid competitive advantage
- Work closely with cross-functional Leadership Team in Ops, Product, Providers etc. to align objectives and work together towards the same goal
- Bring fun and energy on the floor, together with professionalism and accountability: the team is looking up to you!
- Oversee training, mentoring and coaching across the team, with clear and exciting career plans in place
- Incentivise positive behaviours and turn up the sales rhythm with internal incentives, team building activities and events
- 6-7 years of experience in Sales
- 3-4 years as a Manager, of which 1-2 years managing Managers
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage end to end a large team and lead complex sales initiatives
- Results-oriented with a successful track record of leading sales teams
- Knowledge and experience dealing with Spanish real estate agencies
- Spanish level A1; English level B1 minimum
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate sector is a plus
- International experience is preferred
