Backed by $30M in funding, our platform empowers property owners and managers worldwide to efficiently manage and grow their business through technology.Headquartered in sunny Barcelona, we're now a team of 380+ people representing over 60 nationalities, united by a passion for transforming the future of short-term rentals.⭐ Role OverviewWe're looking for a Director of Product Management to lead Lodgify's Platform & AI Product Group, a team at the heart of our technical infrastructure, shared services, and foundational capabilities that power the customer experience across all product areas.In this role, you'll lead a team of Product Managers and oversee four high-impact areas, including our AI Systems team, driving the strategy, vision, and execution for scalable, reusable solutions that enable every Lodgify experience to perform flawlessly. You'll work closely with engineering leadership, executives, and external partners to shape the future of our platform, from system performance and scalability to defining and executing our AI strategy.If you can think in systems, translate complex technical challenges into actionable product strategies, and inspire teams to deliver world-class, future-proof capabilities, this is your stage.While this role is ideally based in Barcelona, we're also open to candidates based elsewhere who are happy to travel to our headquarters occasionally for key meetings and team gatherings. \n⭐ How will you make an impact?
  • Define and execute on Lodgify's AI strategy, from vision to operational plan, including technology decisions, hiring needs, and partnership opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of AI and platform technology trends, identifying opportunities for agentic AI experiences and next-generation capabilities.
  • Translate customer and business requirements into scalable technical solutions that enhance our products' performance, reliability, and usability.
  • Lead and inspire a team of Product Managers, providing clarity, coaching, and guidance on complex platform and AI initiatives.
  • Act as an AI Leader, stay ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape, and educate internal teams on emerging trends, capabilities, and risks.
  • Oversee and evolve platform capabilities and shared services that power all product experiences, ensuring they are reusable, maintainable, and future-ready.
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to ensure technical precision, delivery speed, and scalability for both existing and new capabilities.
  • Lead build/partner/acquire product negotiations and decisions, developing Lodgify's IP, and ensuring technology enables product experiences to get to market fast.
  • Act as the operational heartbeat for complex, multi-domain initiatives, aligning resources, managing dependencies, and ensuring delivery excellence.

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years leading a product team.
  • Demonstrated experience building and scaling AI-powered products in real-world production environments.
  • Adept at translating technical possibilities into clear product roadmaps and execution plans.
  • Strategic thinker with strong product instincts, skilled at shaping product vision, prioritizing complex roadmaps, and driving measurable impact.
  • A systems thinker who can connect complex technologies into logical, scalable solutions that serve multiple use cases.
  • Deep familiarity with AI concepts (LLMs, data modelling, agentic AI), with experience defining and delivering an AI strategy.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, comfortable aligning executives, engineers, and commercial teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make informed trade-offs between investment, complexity, speed, and impact.
