- Define and execute the vision and long-term strategy for Sales in Glovo. Scale the team and processes for success in a 2 year timeframe in order to accelerate merchants acquisition in Glovo in an efficient manner.
- Lead a global Team of +10 professionals directly, +100 indirectly (dotted line) defining the strategy and targets for all teams globally.
- Establish sales operation processes and dynamics to maximize Glovo's Sales Teams performance in both inbound and outbound strategies (lead generation and prioritization, productivity, sales automation).
- Lead the Team that manages Salesforce Product, key enabler in our commercial orgs (Sales, Account Management, Ads…) to drive a better commercial performance.
- Partner with the product and tech teams to define, prioritize and implement the Roadmaps that can help Sales & Automation maximize its performance.
- Partner with local teams to ensure sales strategies are being implemented and bringing the outcomes desired.
- Be the ultimate owner of the Company Sales Strategy and P&L related lines.
- Actively collaborate with your peers and colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.
- Be part of the commercial leadership team of Glovo.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a senior commercial role involving team management, project management, and ownership of a budget and structure.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial operations roles.
- Passion around taking commercial orgs to the next level.
- Knowledge and expertise working with Salesforce.
- Excellent strategic thinking, including structuring complex problems and prioritizing effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and ease of dealing with high growth and complex business challenges.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, being able to operate in complex and international structures.
- Proactivity, organization skills, and obsession with details.
