- Supporting the creation, editing, and publishing of content across digital channels
- Proofreading and checking copy for accuracy, tone, and consistency
- Uploading, formatting, and scheduling content, ensuring technical functionality (links, UX, responsiveness)
- Testing customer journeys and flagging any areas that need improvement
- Collaborating with marketing and tech teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns
- Following and maintaining brand guidelines across all communications
- Creating and adapting visual assets (e.g., social media posts, presentations, newsletters, product pages) to ensure brand consistency and high visual impact
- Being a brand champion, ensuring all content and visuals reflect our positioning and identity
- Supporting with PR, content distribution, and reporting
- Contributing to the development of brand-enhancing strategies (e.g. E-Boutique or similar initiatives), and helping ensure any future product or content presentations align with the brand
- Researching and suggesting new opportunities for brand growth and marketing innovation
- Participating in bi-weekly marketing sprints and team meetings
- Supporting the “Jewels” (our local marketing leads) and the CMO with day-to-day tasks and strategic execution
- Supporting the integration of the Emerald Stay brand across all markets, properties, and customer touchpoints
- Helping ensure each “Jewel” (our local marketing leads) understands and applies brand guidelines consistently
- Assisting with the rollout of brand assets, messaging, and tools across different regions and departments
- Liaising with internal teams (e.g., operations, tech, guest experience) to ensure the brand is reflected across the entire customer journey
- Helping collect and organise feedback on brand implementation to support continuous improvement
- Supporting internal training and documentation around brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Contributing to the consistency and coherence of all marketing materials across all business units
- Position based at our Barcelona office
- Workdays are from Monday to Friday. We have a flexible home office policy: with us, you'll work at the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays - the rest of the time, it's up to you

- You have 1–2 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or brand-related roles, ideally with exposure to multi-channel campaigns (beyond internships).
- You hold a degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- You have hands-on experience creating, editing, and publishing content across digital channels (social media, email newsletters, websites, etc.).
- You are familiar with content management systems (e.g., Storybloks, WordPress), email marketing tools, and have a working understanding of basic SEO principles.
- You are comfortable working with or learning to work with brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone of voice.
- You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in ensuring consistency and high-quality presentation across all materials.
- You are familiar with basic visual content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Figma, Adobe Express) and have an interest in developing your design and visual storytelling skills.
- You are curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you’ll gain hands-on experience.
- You have strong communication skills and write fluent, grammatically accurate English; French or Spanish is a plus.
- You are eligible to work in the EU and comfortable working with a team based in Barcelona.
