- Support Planning and Logistics operations such as stock receptions, stock movements or purchasing of Finished goods, Semi-Finished goods and Raw materials.
- Support Procurement operations by overseeing price system management, ensuring accuracy in billing and invoicing processes and monitoring price deviations.
- Analyze sales, service, and operational trends to identify root causes, generate actionable insights, and recommend solutions that drive process and performance improvements.
- Assist in improving and optimizing current planning and procurement processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall quality in daily operations.
- Maintain and update key operational and procurement documentation, including reports, records, and dashboards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand and Supply Planners, Category Buyers, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities.
- Support projects and initiatives that drive continuous improvement, process standardization, and data-driven decision making.
- Promote a proactive and solution-oriented mindset across the team, contributing to a culture of operational excellence.

- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master in Supply Chain Management will be highly valued.
- Previous experience in a Supply Chain, Planning, or Procurement role, preferably in FMCG, industry, or retail sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage large amounts of data
- High attention to detail and quality in execution, ensuring transactional and operational activities are completed accurately and efficiently avoiding mistakes through the process.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization - someone who questions the status quo and seeks better ways of working.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with different teams, functions, and tasks across the Supply Chain organization.
- Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build complex data analyses and business cases. Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
