- Lead, mentor, and develop a chapter of solution and enterprise architects.
- Ensure the adoption and integration of architecture standards, reference models, and shared platforms defined by the corporate group.
- Design and govern end-to-end architectures that support business agility, scalability, and security.
- Promote modern architectural practices such as cloud-native, microservices, event-driven, and API- first design.
- Support enterprise transformation initiatives, including legacy modernization, AI integration, and digital platforms.
- Actively participate in architecture governance forums and contribute to the evolution of enterprise architecture strategy.
- Foster a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement within the architecture community.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in architecture roles, including enterprise or solution architecture with experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization is highly desirable. Background in the insurance or financial services industry being a strong plus.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments with strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks
- Familiarity with integration patterns, APIs, microservices and event-driven architectures. Understanding of security, data, and AI architecture domains.
- Proficiency with architecture modeling and documentation tools.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities. Strategic thinking and ability to align local and global priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills as well as change management and influence across cross-functional teams.
