- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions across the platform, including custom applications. Ensure that designs align with business objectives and technical standards.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs.
- Configure, customize, and script ServiceNow applications based on client needs.
- Customizing workflows, forms, and business rules
- Integrating ServiceNow with other systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solution
- Ensuring platform best practices, performance, and maintainability
- Implementing Operational Initiatives: Execute operational initiatives to enhance the functionality and performance of the ServiceNow platform..
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specs, user stories, and test cases.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development and solution design.
- Experience with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Server-Side and Client-Side logic, HTML/CSS, UI Pages, AngularJS, JSON/XML, SCSS/SASS, and integrations.

- ServiceNow Developer
- ServiceNow Technical Consultant
- ServiceNow Application Developer
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Certified Technical Architect.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SPM, BCM, IRM, CMDB, and Integration Hub.
- Experience with Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Certified System Administrator
