I'm glad you asked - I asked myself the same question at the time.As a Process Digitalisation Engineering Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the team in analyzing and digitalizing business processes using modern tools and methodologies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process automation and digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Document workflows and contribute to process mapping and optimization initiatives.
  • Participate in testing and validation of digital solutions to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Gain exposure to tools and platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Blue Prism RPA, and MS Copilot Studio for building intelligent agents and working with LLMs and AI technologies.

  • Active student status with a Spanish University/School is mandatory.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business Process Management, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of process modelling and digital tools for automation.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Interested in the Insurtech world.
  • Available for at least a 6-month part-time/internship program.
  • Enthusiastic, capable, and eager to learn.
  • A good team player with a responsible, can-do attitude.
