
Legal Counsel - Revenue and Marketing Attorney

- Support Revenue Operations and Local Sales teams on day-to-day contractual needs, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with Customer Support teams (including bilingual professionals) on contract-related inquiries, escalations, and resolutions.
- Collaborate on dispute resolution matters involving non-litigation escalations, offering practical, solutions-oriented counsel.
- Provide end-to-end legal support for the planning, execution, and fulfillment of sweepstakes, contests, and promotional marketing campaigns across multiple jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure promotional materials, campaign rules, and advertising content meet applicable regulations.
- Work with legal colleagues and external counsels worldwide to maintain a consistent global approach to contracts, policies, and guidelines.
- Support and improve our legal playbooks, templates, and policy resources, focusing on operational efficiency.
- 3-4 years of post-qualification legal experience, preferably with in-house exposure to commercial, marketing and advertising matters.
- Law degree (JD or international equivalent).
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate sales and marketing agreements; experience with sweepstakes, contests, or promotional agreements is highly valued.
- Business-oriented approach to problem-solving and ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-lawyers effectively.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player ready to collaborate across Revenue, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support teams-even across different time zones.
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required; other language skills are a strong plus.
- Active bar membership is a plus.
- Familiarity with US law is a plus.
