Alongside your product team, you will serve as the subject matter expert for our File Transfer enterprise Platform supporting Business IT teams to develop and run applications that power international financial markets 24/7Are you eager to work in an environment where passion, trust, and collaboration are paramount? The team is the hub for Managed File Transfer competencies, with an international setup in Spain, France, and Switzerland. We are seeking a Head of Managed File Transfer with strong Product Owner and management experience to deliver high-quality production and test platforms, support regular agile releases, and ensure stable, secure, compliant, and cost-effective operationsWhat You Will Do
  • Lead the implementation and evolution of our MFT platform strategy on-premise and ensure secure and stable operations
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage the roadmap and backlog of our MFT features on customer needs and ensure stable and cost-effective service delivery
  • Work closely with the People Manager and Project managers to manage resources and foster people development in accordance with organizational and product goals
  • Enhance the product team's role as the subject matter expert for MFT solutions, consulting DevOps teams and acting as an ambassador across the organization for great customer service and automation
  • As a professional leader and visionary with a strong technical understanding, shape the team culture and continuously evolve our agile way of working and represent the team towards customers and within projects
What You Bring
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills with a strong customer focus
  • The ability to express opinions openly, provide technical feedback (e.g., reviewing pull requests and system architecture documents) and ignite the fire in others for quality services
  • Good technical understanding of “Managed File Transfer” solution (Axway, GoAnywhere, IBM, etc.), preferably RedHat OpenShift. General Knowledge in storage, networking, security and Linux infrastructure and automation
  • An open mindset, innovative ideas, willingness to continuously grow and support change
  • Fluent in English, German or Spanish is an advantage
