We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable and cloud-native platform services while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.What you will do:
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend platform services with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and cloud-native principles.
  • Improve and refactor applications, libraries, and services supporting financial valuation and market data workflows.
  • Collaborate with DevOps engineers to manage model execution pipelines on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Participate in architectural decisions, service design, and integration strategies for microservices.
  • Contribute to user-facing components, ensuring seamless backend integration.
  • Ensure best practices in CI/CD, automated testing, documentation, and secure development.
What you bring & who you are:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python (especially FastAPI) and a modern object-oriented language (e.g., C# or R).
  • Proficient in cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes (ideally AKS), and Microsoft Azure.
  • Expertise in REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and databases (relational and/or NoSQL).
  • Skilled in Terraform, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and security best practices.
  • Proactive, team-focused, and eager to learn new technologies.
