- Guide students through the admissions and application process, from initial contact to program enrolment.
- Respond to information requests and assist students in understanding their study options.
- Effectively manage "warm" leads through phone, email, and web-based platforms.
- Achieve measurable results in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Support prospective students in making informed decisions about their education.
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong ability to build relationships and establish rapport with prospective students.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills, especially via phone, email, and web platforms.
- High proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Competency in using Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Previous experience in contact centre or phone sales roles.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, with Salesforce being an advantage.
- Previous Contact Centre/Phone sales role.
- Experience with CRM, Salesforce is our main tool.
