We re looking for a passionate and skilled Visual Designer with a strong focus on motion design and animation to join our growing creative team. In this role, you ll be responsible for producing high-quality video assets for marketing initiatives across our games and social media advertising channels.
Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director and R D teams on exploring new motion design tools, including Generative AI. By pushing boundaries in this space, youll help unlock a new wave of storytelling enhancing the way we bring our games and brand to life through innovative, next-generation content.The position is based in Gdansk, 2 times per week in the office.
You will:Create engaging, visually polished video elements for in-game events, user acquisition, social media campaigns, and more.Work with the Senior Creative Director and R D teams to stay on the forefront of innovation in motion design, animation, and generative AI tools.Collaborate with the Creative Manager and Lead Designer to conceptualize and complete creative solutions that align with marketing goals.Develop and refine motion design pipelines that scale across multiple game titles and campaigns.Contribute to creative ideation sessions and help craft visual strategy across our marketing efforts.Continuously seek ways to improve storytelling techniques and elevate creative standards through animation.What skills and experience were looking for?Adobe After EffectsAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAfter Effects third-party plug-ins (Trapcode, Universe, etc.)3D Modeling/Animation is a huge plusGenerative AI experience and proficiency is a plusAbout you:Well-versed in graphic design principles and conceptsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitaskingStrong time management skills and flexible work approach to ensure deadlines are metExcellent ability to craft with attention to detail and aestheticsComfortable with a flexible and hard-working environmentAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with key partnersAbility to complete visual design stages from concept to final deliverableCapable of eliciting and interpreting constructive feedback into design solutionsProficient in interpreting design briefs to carry out thoughtful and purposeful workProfessional level of EnglishWhy Product Madness ?
