  • Analyze and report statistical forecasting performance across regions and product portfolios to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Generate and maintain statistical forecast baselines, ensuring alignment with local market intelligence
  • Develop, maintain, and report key performance indicators to track adherence to the global planning process and support S&OP readiness
  • Lead the execution of monthly global and regional demand overview meetings, reviewing forecast updates, KPIs, key drivers, and trends with regional planners and stakeholders
  • Support continuous improvement by highlighting areas where forecast accuracy or system usage can be enhanced
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to demand planners to increase understanding of statistical forecasting tools and analytics
  • Set and maintain global inventory targets and policies, including safety stock levels and reorder points, aligned with service level and working capital goals
  • Balance inventory levels across regions to ensure optimal stock positioning while minimizing excess and avoiding shortages
  • Monitor and manage slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory through proactive identification and mitigation measures
  • Lead monthly global inventory reporting and reviews to assess inventory performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and support alignment with financial and service objectives
  • Initiate and drive key cross-functional initiatives to improve inventory health
Multinational Cosmetics CompanyFixed-Term Contract (6 months)
  • University degree in Supply Chain, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain Analytics
  • Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Cloudsuite, Anaplan)
  • Experience with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of statistical forecasting methodologies, inventory planning principles, and end-to-end supply chain processes
  • Proven experience in both demand planning and inventory management, including safety stock policies, inventory health metrics, and root cause analysis of imbalances
  • Proficient in Excel with the ability to analyze large datasets;
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with strong execution capabilities to drive continuous improvement across planning and inventory processes
  • Strong influencing skills to align cross-functional and regional teams without direct authority
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
