
Full-Stack Salesforce & Webshop Frontend Engineer (m/f/d)

- Build end-to-end solutions for our ecommerce and internal platforms: React-based SPA webshop frontends and Salesforce apps using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Develop new webshop features from user needs and requirements, ensuring top-notch UX, accessibility, performance, and testing
- Integrate graphical user interfaces with backend services and Salesforce data via REST/SOAP and GraphQL; design and optimize schemas, APIs, and third-party integrations
- Implement and maintain custom Salesforce applications, objects, flows, and automated processes across Sales, HR, and Field Service
- Take ownership of CI/CD, test automation (incl. browser tests), and deployments across web and Salesforce environments
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, maintainable code
- Collaborate closely with product owners, UX, frontend engineers, and business stakeholders; translate requirements into scalable, consistent, and accessible interfaces
- Monitor and improve performance and web vitals; champion usability and design consistency across the webshop and Salesforce UIs
- Approximately 5 years of relevant professional experience in frontend engineering and/or Salesforce development
- Team player who values autonomy and responsibility; strong communicator with technical and non-technical colleagues
- Deep understanding of user-centered design with a keen eye for UX/UI details
- Expert in modern frontend: React SPAs, ES2022+, HTML5, CSS; accessibility, performance, and testing are core to your workflow
- Proficient with TypeScript; you write well-tested code and have experience with automated browser testing
- Hands-on GraphQL experience (schema design, querying, performance optimization)
- Familiar with microservices, cloud infrastructure, and Continuous Delivery practices
- Salesforce development experience: Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows; understand full-stack principles and DevOps in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP; comfortable managing APIs and data models
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1) skills and good German skills (B2)
- Headless CMS experience (e.g., Contentful)
- Performance optimization expertise and tooling know-how
- Strong understanding of Core Web Vitals and their impact on user experience
