Context & EnvironmentThe Spanish LV market is the 5th largest in Europe. The EV market is lagging a few years behind the E5 countries but the transition from ICE to EV vehicles has started.
  • The transport (including light commercial vehicle) sector, a key sector impacted by the energy transition, is moving towards a sustainable energy mix and sustainable energies.
  • Electromobility will thus represent a significant part of the energy mix in this sector.
  • TotalEnergies having divested its position in the service station market in Spain some years ago, development efforts in EV infrastructure and MSP should be designed outside an in-house existing network to maintain a significant market share and a profitable business in the mid-term.
  • The TotalEnergies EV charge business can rely on the presence of GRP/RPGE (electricity supplier).
ActivitiesGuarantee the application of HSE rules for all activities carried out in the country in coordination with HSE (TCSE and TCS Head Office).
  • Deliver EV sites construction projects as per schedule and budget, including power increase requests (upgrades).
  • Coordination of suppliers, homologation, opening of new providers.
  • Implementation of the image and branding elements in all projects as per TotalEnergies standards.
  • Based on the validation by the business development department, and in collaboration with Products Division, propose the design of EV Hubs (sizing, selection of the best HW solutions, and all additional services). Preparation of pre-offers.
  • Prepare technical documentation in collaboration with permitting department (to relevant authorities and DSO).
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors, the production of the necessary documentation for the project and installation.
  • Coordination of installations after the approval of HSEQ rules.
  • Monitoring and site visits of ongoing electrical and civil works.
  • Analyze the behavior of the EV stations after commissioning during the hypercare period.
  • Ensure compliance with all European, national, regional and local regulations related to EV charging infrastructure
Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Industrial Organization, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi sites construction, including permitting/regulatory compliance, preferably in EV facilities, Electrical market, renewable energy or similar sectors.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and qualification
. • Understanding of Local, National and European permitting processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Budget control experience.
  • English level medium-high. French desirable
