
Sales Reporting Analyst

- Develop, maintain and improve reporting systems, dashboards and KPIs
- Design, create and automate reports for tracking sales performance, budget compliance, and project profitability
- Provide data insights to further understand markets and clients
- Support in the definition, monitoring and reporting of Key Performance Indicators
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Create and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports for different stakeholders
- Develop visualization tools that effectively communicate complex data
- Work with CRM & ERP data to generate comprehensive reports and extract valuable insights
- Identify opportunities for improving reporting processes and implement solutions
- Streamline data collection, processing and analysis workflows
- Document and standardize reporting procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to reporting and data analysis
- Help optimize Salesforce reporting capabilities and dashboards
- Support management team with data-driven insights for pricing decisions
- Assist in the analysis of business opportunities from a data perspective
- Contribute to the training of company personnel regarding reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or similar)
- Engineering background with focus on data analysis would be an asset
- Professional experience in a similar reporting/analyst position would be an asset
- Experience in designing and implementing reporting systems and dashboards
- Background in data analysis preferred
- Experience working with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA)
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Knowledge of database management concepts
- Experience with Salesforce CRM (reports, dashboards, and data extraction would be a significant asset
- Nice to have SQL knowladge
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Additional languages are a plus
