Reporting directly to our R&D Manager, Fuel Efficiency Solutions, and being stationed in Spain – Polinyà is a fantastic opportunity that awaits you.Some of the key tasks that you will have in this position include:
  • Lead the antifouling coatings portfolio from an R&D perspective, ensuring regulatory compliance, market alignment, and driven positioning.
  • Develop and test new coating prototypes, analyzing results to drive innovation and solve customer challenges.
  • Handle raw materials by identifying, evaluating, and qualifying key components for antifouling and maintenance coatings, ensuring quality and sustainability.
  • Collaborate globally with factories and stakeholders, especially in China, Malaysia, and the Emirates, to ensure successful project execution and knowledge sharing.
What qualities are important to join our team?
  • University degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or similar.
  • Expertise from the coatings within experience with Antifouling paints.
  • Raw materials knowledge.
  • Outstanding Project Management skills.
  • Hand-on approach and pro-active attitude.
  • English proficiency, written and verbal.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams.
