- Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities across print, digital, and event channels (e.g., magazines, articles, and lifestyle platforms).
- Be a trusted advisor to clients and partners, providing applicable insights.
- Negotiate partnership terms, oversee campaign planning, and manage execution, ensuring delivery and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to translate campaign data into relevant insights and lead optimisation efforts aligned with KPIs.
- Refine media buying processes to improve their effectiveness.
- Partner with senior leaders to define priorities, address challenges, and ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Over 4 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, or media/brand collaborations.
- Understanding of the media landscape in the European markets, with the ability to source and build partner opportunities.
- Comfortable with data manipulation in spreadsheets (can perform complex functions) or Tableau.
- You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
- When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
