- Deliver prompt and professional assistance to business clients via multiple communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Support customers with account-related inquiries, including verifying identity and confirming account details.
- Follow regulatory requirements and internal protocols as specified by the client.
- Diagnose problems and provide effective, customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and updates in internal systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service targets and exchange best practices.
- Native or fluent proficiency in either French or German (C2 level) both spoken and written; fluent in English (B2+ level).
- Minimum education: High School diploma.
- At least one year of customer service experience with a strong focus on customer satisfaction or technical suppoty
- Stable and consistent employment history.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a cooperative team attitude.
- Ability to perform well in fast-paced environments with strong multitasking capabilities.
- High attention to detail and precision when managing customer information.
- Familiarity with automated customer support software and platforms is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.

- Experience in sectors like retail, banking, or general customer support is advantageous.
