Smadex is a cutting-edge ad-tech company: we process more than 4,5 million ad requests per second, replying under 100ms. Every day we generate several TBs of data that need to be processed, analyzed and aggregated, so our real-time components get smarter every day. We need you to help us keep our platform in motion! Keep reading!This is a 6 month full-time internship (40hs a week), based in Barcelona.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?A Devops Intern willing to learn and gain experience working hand to hand with our top-notch DevOps team.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong interest in DevOps or related field
  • Familiarity with deployment automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, or Chef
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes
  • Basic understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure architecture
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Bonus points:
  • Basic Linux skills. Be comfortable working with a terminal. You will learn everything else!
