- Manage the development, deployment, and maintenance of Global Payroll sales demo assets
- Partner with Product Marketing, Product Teams, Program Development and IT to upgrade and test the demo environment as new functionality is introduced
- Organising and documenting Sales Field feedback, i.e. DMs and SC suggestions.
- Managing feedback to determine if corrections are needed and/or new features need to be added.
- Maintaining a consistent and effective data set across all sales demo solutions.
- Preparing associated documentation such as new release announcements for BU specific communications as needed, navigation guides, installation and execution instructions, and status reports
- Analyse and configure client specific scenarios to ensure successful demonstrations in the sales process.
- Review technical requirements supplied by Product Management to determine development and implementation of sales demo assets.
- Assist/develop and deploy sales demo asset documentation that incorporates the appropriate marketing message and emphasizes the ADP value proposition, integration and ease of use and highlights key competitive differentiators
- Coordinate sales demo asset deployment to the field.
- Provide 1st-tier support to sales teams for demo tools
- Technical mindset with strong analytical / troubleshooting skills required
- ADP GlobalView or SAP implementation or relevant technical experience desired
- ADP Portal or ADP Celergo implementation or relevant technical experience is beneficial
- General payroll knowledge and/or of global processes is a plus
- Effective communication skills with an ability to interact with technical and non-technical audiences via both verbal and written communications
