- Identify customer needs and respond to all product-related inquiries.
- Be able to answer questions regarding the price, location, features, benefits, and usage of HUGO BOSS products.
- Ensure that all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time.
- Optimize product knowledge to recommend and draw customer attention to products in order to maximize sales opportunities.
- Proven experience in retail sales 1-3 years and tailoring within a luxury brand environment.
- Willingness to adapt and take on new challenges.
- Always presents a professional image.
- Ability to successfully handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
- Professionalism maintained in all circumstances.
- Fluent in English. B2 First Certificate.
