Junior Production Planner

• You develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and input from sales and marketing teams.
• You optimize inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, replenishing as needed, and minimizing excess or obsolete inventory.
• You collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials, aligning with production schedules.
• You coordinate with production teams to create production schedules that meet demand while minimizing disruptions in the supply chain.
• You ensure timely order fulfillment by coordinating with warehouse and distribution teams to meet customer demand.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis and forecasting accuracy.
• Fluent English and Spanish
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, production, and distribution teams.
• Thorough attention to detail in managing inventory levels and production schedules.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for supply chain management.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust supply chain strategies accordingly.
