  • Assist in creating and improving both short-term and long-term demand forecasts for the business.
  • Regularly review and analyze product, brand, and channel performance to ensure demand plans are met.
  • Help monitor forecast accuracy and identify areas for improvement in demand planning processes.
  • Support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, including preparing materials for reviews and discussions.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams across different functions like Logistics, Finance, and Commercial to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Monitor stock levels, deliveries, and customer service to inform the team of any risks and suggest solutions.
About you
  • Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, supporting decision-making.
  • A proactive willingness to learn and adapt, with a problem-solving approach and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain processes such as planning, distribution, and customer service.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Power BI for data analysis and reporting (knowledge of VBA, Macros, and Queries is a plus).
  • Enthusiasm for Agile methodologies and a keen interest in optimizing processes.
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English for effective communication across teams.
  • Willingness to participate in an official training program as part of the Graduate Program year.
