In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement aligned with global framework, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements at the regional level.
  • Implement and maintain procedures and systems at all manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Execute quality strategies at a regional level aligned with corporate goals.
  • Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
  • Drive / set the standards with factory quality managers to identify and implement best practices and process optimizations.
  • Drive / set the standards with internal audit teams and ensure timely closure of identified corrective actions.
  • Ensure the development and training of quality personnel within the region.
  • Collaborate with regional operations, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality considerations into all processes.
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback and satisfaction data.
  • Implement action plans to address customer concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about changes in regional regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on regional quality performance to senior management.
  • Utilize data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in our global supply chain.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, product development) to implement process improvements and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging food safety trends and regulatory changes, adapting our quality management system accordingly.
  • Continuously challenge the processes to look for continuous improvement opportunities

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven experience in managing and auditing food factories
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and relevant food safety regulations (EU, US, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
  • Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools preferred.
