- Implement and maintain procedures and systems at all manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Execute quality strategies at a regional level aligned with corporate goals.
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
- Drive / set the standards with factory quality managers to identify and implement best practices and process optimizations.
- Drive / set the standards with internal audit teams and ensure timely closure of identified corrective actions.
- Ensure the development and training of quality personnel within the region.
- Collaborate with regional operations, production, and supply chain teams to integrate quality considerations into all processes.
- Monitor and analyse customer feedback and satisfaction data.
- Implement action plans to address customer concerns and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Stay informed about changes in regional regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on regional quality performance to senior management.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
- Analyze quality data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in our global supply chain.
- Lead cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, product development) to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging food safety trends and regulatory changes, adapting our quality management system accordingly.

- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
- Proven experience in managing and auditing food factories
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and relevant food safety regulations (EU, US, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus.
- Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools preferred.
