Descripción :Acertto Talent Linkers is specialised in the search and selection of talent for the energy sector.With offices in Madrid and Valencia, we offer headhunting services throughout Europe and North Africa.Our experience, method and in-depth knowledge facilitates the contact between companies and highly-qualified professionals in the sector in all phases, promotion, development, construction and operations of national and international projects.We are looking for a STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT MANAGER for an important international company.Your main function will be to be a visionary and drive the group towards new, strategic business areas, such as H2, BESS...You will be reporting directly to the CEO of the Group, and will be responsible for the strategic direction of new areas at national and international level, proposing new opportunities that allow the diversification of the group's business lines.Requisitos mínimos :The ideal professional will have a high capacity for leadership, perseverance, tenacity and good communication skills, being capable of conveying enthusiasm for new projects and involving the different departments of the company.Experience of 10 years within energy companies is desirable, at an international level in executive positions.In-depth knowledge of the latest renewable technologies of the future.Education background: Ideally an Engineering degree with MBA desirable.VERY HIGH level of English, other languages are a plus.This is an hybrid position.
