Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and GTM Engineering, your mission will be to manage multi-channel campaigns, design experiments, and optimise funnels. From running Google Ads to building A/B tests and dashboards, your work will directly impact how JOIN grows and scales.TasksWhat you’ll be doingYour work will directly influence JOIN’s growth engine. Here’s what that looks like:
  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and execute structured A/B tests to improve funnel conversion.
  • Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Build dashboards and reports to track CAC, ROAS, LTV, and conversion rates.
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager, GTM Engineering, and Product to ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Who you’ll work withYou’ll collaborate closely with our Growth Marketing Manager and GTM Engineering team, as well as colleagues in Product and Creative. Your insights and experiments will help us scale campaigns efficiently and drive measurable growth.RequirementsWhat we’re looking forWe don’t believe in checklists – but if most of these apply to you, we’d love to chat:✔ 1–3 years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
✔ Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn).
✔ Strong analytical skills and experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Segment, or similar tools.
✔ Ability to design, run, and interpret A/B tests independently.
✔ Proficiency in building dashboards and working with performance metrics.
✔ Bonus: familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, attribution modelling, or multi-touch tracking.
