- Develop and manage the lifecycle of data center products, from conception to manufacturing launch
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with market needs
- Oversee the technical development and implementation of new features and product improvements
- Provide technical support and training to factory teams
- Monitor product performance and collect feedback for future improvements
- Contribute to continuous process and product improvement
- Fresh graduate in Engineering
- Able to start a 1-year program in May 2025
- Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken
- Preferably in electrical, electronic, or energy engineering
- Analytical skills, project management, teamwork
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
