- Analysing and interpreting customer requirements to provide accurate quotations to ensure profitable growth.
- Providing added value engineering design solutions to end customers, contractors and consultants.
- Developing functional design specifications in line with customer needs.
- Providing chargeable design advice for building Management systems, network topologies, software solutions, Cyber security
- Provide chargeable building management system auditing services.
- Supporting CSH and sales in Building Advisor and Power Advisor
- Minimum of 10 years as design engineer, BMS engineer, BMS maintenance engineer or similar position.
- Ideally a Degree or equivalent in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Chartered Engineer, or working towards Chartered Engineer status.
- Member of a relevant engineering institution such as the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
- Experience with Energy Management is desirable for this role.
- Travel to client sites required - working in a wide range of installations including banks, data centres, electrical distribution sub-stations, hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, food and beverage manufacturing plants, etc
