- A Bachelor's degree in Design Technology or a related field.
- Teaching certification, with preference given to those with an IB teaching qualification or experience.
- Familiarity with the IB MYP/DP curricula is an advantage, but a strong understanding of the principles and practices of inquiry-based learning in other curricula would be accepted.
- Prior experience in an international school environment is desirable.
