We'll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you'll need to succeed.What you will do in this roleIn everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people - our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.As a Renewal Specialist on our team, you will:- Act as Primary point of contact for the customer during the renewals process, building trust & setting the foundation for long term client relationship.- Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, e.g. BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline).- Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross sell opportunities.- Understand customers current Microsoft license position, leading with client's technologies to secure customer wins, maximizing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as needed.- Support renewal process by engaging & coordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring renewal closes on time.Your qualificationsWe embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. - Have 2+ years sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and passion for cloud technologies.
- Possess general knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately.
- Demonstrate your ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions.
- Have an achievement and success-driven personality.
- Have experience selling Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions (preferred).It would be a plus if you:- Possess an advanced lever of German or FrenchDon't meet every requirement?
