- 30 days - Get familiar with our product suite, core user personas, and domain landscape. Understand team workflows, tools, and delivery rhythm.
- 60 days - Begin leading analysis work on upcoming features, working directly with stakeholders and contributing structured, high-quality input to the product backlog.
- 90 days - Fully own requirement discovery and solution design across one or more product initiatives. Drive collaboration across teams and actively shape the roadmap based on customer feedback and evolving priorities.
You'll work in a cross-functional environment alongside product managers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders. The team is collaborative, domain-driven, and customer-focused,prioritizing continuous improvement and iterative delivery.How Success Will Be Measured

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to elicit business needs, translate them into actionable product requirements, and collaborate with engineering to deliver features that meet customer expectations. You'll lead requirement gathering sessions, structure product backlogs, and contribute to roadmap refinement and delivery planning.Must-Have Skills
- Experience leading solution design or business analysis for B2B SaaS platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and document requirements clearly
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex features
- Familiarity with agile workflows and product backlog management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Background or interest in Payroll and HR domains
- Ability to balance user needs, compliance requirements, and business priorities
- Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus
- Experience in SaaS HR/payroll systems
- Familiarity with compliance-driven environments
- Technical awareness of software development lifecycles and constraints
