Solution Designer

• 30 days - Get familiar with our product suite, core user personas, and domain landscape. Understand team workflows, tools, and delivery rhythm.
• 60 days - Begin leading analysis work on upcoming features, working directly with stakeholders and contributing structured, high-quality input to the product backlog.
• 90 days - Fully own requirement discovery and solution design across one or more product initiatives. Drive collaboration across teams and actively shape the roadmap based on customer feedback and evolving priorities.

• Deep expertise in SaaS Payroll and HR domain design and analysis
• Cross-functional collaboration across product, tech, and compliance teams
• Experience working with agile product delivery and iterative design
• Strong exposure to user-centered design, stakeholder alignment, and backlog management

• Experience leading solution design or business analysis for B2B SaaS platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and document requirements clearly
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver complex features
• Familiarity with agile workflows and product backlog management
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Background or interest in Payroll and HR domains
• Ability to balance user needs, compliance requirements, and business priorities
• Fluency in English; Spanish fluency is a plus

• Experience in SaaS HR/payroll systems
• Familiarity with compliance-driven environments
• Technical awareness of software development lifecycles and constraints
