This is a unique opportunity to join a newly launched division within a high-growth tech company, combining startup energy with enterprise scale.You'll report to the Sales Manager New Markets and play a critical role in driving the success of new markets expansion.What You'll Do
- Identify and contact in-scope restaurants across target pilot countries (e.g., Ireland, Poland, UAE), using cold calling and lead follow-ups from our CRM.
- Pitch and sell our restaurant reservation and management system - TheFork Manager- that includes among other features: online reservation tools, table management, marketing and visibility services.
- Educate and engage restaurant managers on the benefits of adopting TheFork Manager.
- Own the full sales cycle - from outreach to successful onboarding and activation.
- Collaborate with your team to continuously test and learn, shaping the go-to-market strategy and supporting future scale-up.
- Fluent in English (other languages like Polish, Arabic, French or Spanish are a plus but not required).
- Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS or a fast-paced commercial environment. A background in hospitality is a plus.
- Target-driven and proactive, with a genuine love for closing deals and exceeding KPIs.
- Strong communicator and influencer, comfortable handling short sales cycles and fast decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - excited by the idea of building something new, working in ambiguity, and iterating fast.
- Organized and autonomous, able to manage a pipeline efficiently while staying resilient in a test-and-learn setting.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
