You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our product and platform, working with a modern tech stack to deliver robust, scalable features. This isn’t just another job – you’ll be part of building a new engineering hub from the ground up.TasksWhat you’ll be doingYour work will directly impact how thousands of companies and candidates experience hiring. Here’s what that looks like:
  • Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps/platform teams to build meaningful features through our Agile SDLC/Kanban workflow.
  • Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
  • Define technical requirements and identify the best solutions to meet team goals.
  • Participate in engineering retrospectives focused on testing, architecture, automation, and coding standards.
  • Always think beyond the code - you’ll focus on delivering value and improving the user experience for our customers.
Who you’ll work withYou’ll join our Backend Guild, collaborating closely with Product, Platform, DevOps, and Frontend teams.
