● Design and optimize AI models and algorithms , ensuring their efficiency,scalability and accuracy and implement generative AI solutions for applicationssuch as natural language processing (NLP), content generation, user experiencepersonalization, business process automation, recommendation systems .. etc
● Supervise the quality of the code and promote good development practicesin the team.
● Coordinate the deployment and deployment of models in productionenvironments, including the use of MLOps, AIOps, and GenAIOps.
● Stay up to date on trends and advances in AI to apply best practices inprojects.
● Provide mentoring and training to the team to improve technical skills andfoster a collaborative environment.EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE& SKILLS :● 3-5 years of experience indeveloping AI, machine learning, and generative AI models.

● In-depth knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learnand generative models such as GPT, BERT or Stable Diffusion.
● Experience in data manipulation and processing with tools such as Pandas,NumPy and SQL.
● Experience in the management and configuration of vector databases.
● Familiarity with software architectures and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, orAzure).
● Knowledge of hyperscaler AI and ML services (Amazon SageMaker, Google VertexAI, Azure Machine Learning, among others).
● Experience with MLOps and automation pipelines.
● Experience with container technologies such as Docker and containerorchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
● Experience with different communications protocols such as REST API or MQTT.
● Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems
● Leadership skills and experience managing technical teams.
● Communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.Desirable:● Experience integratinggenerative AI into enterprise applications.
● Experience in agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
